Job Description

The Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition plays a pivotal role in developing and executing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and acquire top-tier talent that aligns with the organizational goals. This role demands a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the talent landscape, industry trends, and innovative recruitment practices. The Senior Specialist will collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand talent needs, craft detailed hiring plans, and enhance the candidate experience. Additionally, the individual will leverage advanced sourcing techniques and data-driven insights to manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring the company's strategic objectives are met through an engaged and diverse workforce. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategies to meet hiring objectives.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and requirements.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and attract top-tier talent.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit.
  • Provide expertise and guidance on recruitment best practices and market insights.
  • Ensure a diverse and inclusive candidate pipeline is maintained for all roles.
  • Partner with HR to develop employer branding initiatives and campaigns.
  • Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and apply this knowledge to the recruitment process.
  • Negotiate and extend job offers, handling complex negotiations diplomatically.
  • Lead projects to improve TA processes, tools, and systems effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • At least five years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
  • Proven track record of successful hiring across multiple levels and functions.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting software tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively under pressure.
