Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational objectives.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

  • Analyze recruitment data to enhance effectiveness and improve processes continually.
  • Partner with HR to drive diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
  • Organize and participate in job fairs, community events, and other recruiting opportunities.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and standards to keep recruitment policies consistent and advanced.
  • Develop relationships with external agencies and educational institutions for recruitment support.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on recruitment metrics and strategic direction to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and recruitments simultaneously effectively.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are mandatory.
  • Experience in utilizing various recruitment tools and HR technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment data and implement improvements.
