The Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition is a crucial role within our Human Resources department, dedicated to attracting, evaluating, and recruiting top-tier talent to meet the company's strategic objectives. This role requires an experienced HR professional with a deep understanding of recruitment tactics and strategic workforce planning. The Senior Specialist will engage in proactive sourcing strategies ensuring a pipeline of qualified candidates across various disciplines and levels. They must possess excellent communication skills to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike, facilitating a seamless recruitment experience. With a focus on optimizing the recruitment process, the successful candidate will demonstrate a passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to driving excellence in hiring practices.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and job specifications.
  • Screen resumes and perform initial applicant interviews for high-quality candidate assessment.
  • Manage the full recruitment process, from job post creation to candidate onboarding.
  • Utilize social media and job boards to reach a broad spectrum of potential applicants.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for proactive recruitment and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about job market trends and compensation data.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Negotiate job offers and work to ensure a positive onboarding process for new hires.
  • Develop and present recruitment analytics and reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with equal employment opportunity (EEO) and other employment laws.
  • Represent the company at job fairs and professional networking events to enhance employer brand.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least five years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition functions.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools, including ATS systems.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment marketing and employer branding techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for candidate and stakeholder interaction.
  • Ability to analyze recruitment analytics and create strategic hiring plans.
  • Experience in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates for roles at all levels.
