Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create effective job descriptions and specifications.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting processes from talent sourcing to onboarding new hires.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research.
  • Utilize social media, job boards, and other platforms to enhance recruiting efforts.
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies and other third-party vendors for specialized roles.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to optimize strategies and processes.
  • Drive employment branding initiatives to enhance organizational reputation externally.
  • Participate in career fairs and networking events to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting for various levels of roles and industries.
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with state and federal employment laws and guidelines.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
