The Senior Specialist will support the Global Payments & Trade Relationship Management team in managing and growing client relationships across the payments, cash management, liquidity, and trade product set. The role involves assisting with client coverage activities, coordinating internal stakeholders, supporting onboarding and implementation efforts, preparing client materials, and helping drive revenue growth through high-quality relationship support and execution. This role is located in Dubai.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Support senior relationship managers in managing day-to-day client interactions across Global Payments & Trade solutions.
  • Assist in preparing client meeting materials, account plans, call reports, and follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate with product, implementation, service, operations, compliance, and legal teams to support client needs and ensure smooth execution.
  • Help monitor pipeline activity, onboarding progress, account usage, and revenue opportunities across the portfolio.
  • Track client issues, service requests, and strategic initiatives to ensure timely resolution and effective communication.
  • Contribute to identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing client relationships.
  • Support RFPs, pricing discussions, internal approvals, and documentation processes where required.
  • Maintain accurate client records, meeting notes, and reporting in internal systems.
  • Develop knowledge of payments, liquidity, cash management, and trade solutions to support client conversations effectively.
  • Assist with market and client research to help the team prepare for strategic discussions and business development efforts.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in transaction banking, corporate banking, treasury services, client management, or financial services support.
  • Strong interest in payments, cash management, and trade finance solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Fluency in English and Arabic are essential to support the client segment)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM/reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting institutional, corporate, or financial institution clients.
  • Familiarity with treasury services, correspondent banking, liquidity structures, or trade products.
  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills across multiple internal functions.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify client needs and business opportunities.
