As a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that our software products meet the highest standards of quality. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to developing and implementing testing processes and procedures to identify defects and ensure program effectiveness. Your expertise will be pivotal in analyzing software engineering and system requirements, designing test cases, and leading testing activities to validate and verify product functionality. Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of automated testing frameworks.
• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely feedback.
• Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track software defects and bugs.
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved or new features are added.
• Collaborate closely with software developers and product managers on feature development.
• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers and help them develop their skills.
• Continuously enhance quality assurance processes and enforce rigorous testing methodologies.
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies that could optimize efficiency.
• Coordinate with support teams to replicate and troubleshoot customer-reported issues.
• Analyze test results, detect issues, and propose relevant improvements to the software.
• Prepare and present reports on test cases, defect management, and quality metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in software quality assurance or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Proficiency in one or more scripting languages like Python, Java, or C#.
• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing techniques.
• Excellent understanding of Agile and DevOps software development processes.
• Outstanding analytical skills and a natural affinity for problem-solving.
