Senior Software Engineer

Your mission:

To design, build, and deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions while driving technical excellence and mentoring team members. You will play a key role in owning complex features, ensuring secure and reliable systems, and setting the standard for engineering best practices across the team.

Interviews – 2 rounds of interviews totaling around 2–3 hours of commitment over a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC) applications and services using Azure cloud architecture.

• Integrate Azure Document Intelligence (formerly Form Recognizer) for automated extraction of KYC, trade license, and financial documents.

• Implement AI and LLM-based solutions (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services) for intelligent data classification, chatbot workflows, and financial analysis.

• Architect service-based and microservices solutions for high scalability and performance.

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs for internal systems and third-party integrations (banks, credit bureaus, payment providers).

• Collaborate with data and security teams to ensure compliance, encryption, and secure handling of financial data.

• Contribute to architecture and DevOps discussions, CI/CD, and performance monitoring (Azure DevOps, Application Insights).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.

• 7+ years of .NET development experience (C#, ASP.NET MVC/Core).

• Proven experience with service-based architecture and API-first design.

• Hands-on experience with Azure App Services, Functions, SQL, Key Vault, Storage, and Azure Document Intelligence.

• Good understanding of AI/ML workflows, particularly Azure OpenAI and Document Intelligence models.

• Experience with financial or lending systems (loan origination, KYC/AML, payments, etc.) is a plus.

• Proficiency with SQL Server, Entity Framework, and secure data handling practices.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps), version control (Git), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience integrating OCR, or banking APIs for document and data verification.

• Understanding of prompt engineering and custom LLM model integration in Azure.

• Exposure to AI-driven compliance automation and document classification.
