Senior Social Media Executive Arabic Speaker

We are looking for a Senior Social Media Executive to join the M+C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment social team and work primarily across the Marjan account.

Working closely with the Senior Social Media Manager and Social Media Director, the role will help manage the day-to-day delivery of social content across Marjan’s portfolio of brands and destinations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Own the day-to-day management of assigned Marjan social channels.
• Build and maintain monthly and weekly content calendars.
• Coordinate content development with creative, design, video and production teams.
• Write and adapt social copy in English and Arabic.
• Manage publishing and ensure content goes live accurately and on time.
• Brief creative teams and provide clear feedback on social-first content.
• Identify trends, reactive opportunities and relevant cultural moments.
• Work closely with Community Managers and help guide community engagement.
• Support client meetings, presentations and day-to-day communication.
• Monitor channel performance and contribute to monthly reporting and recommendations.
• Ensure content follows each brand’s tone of voice, guidelines and social strategy.
• Support shoots, activations and on-ground content capture when required.
  
  
  

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of social media experience, ideally within an agency or fast-paced brand environment. They should have strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and emerging social formats, be highly organised and comfortable managing several workstreams at once.

Fluent Arabic and strong English are essential. UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred.
