We need someone who can come up with the idea, film it, edit it + get it live.

WHO ARE WE?

8FLAMEZ is a creator management company + venture studio, co-founded by AboFlah. We build businesses with leading creators across MENA, with creators owning what they build. We’re putting together a small, exceptionally strong Ventures team to work across our brands + platforms.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You will own social content from the first idea to the published post. This is a hands-on production role, not a role where you write a brief and wait for someone else to make it.

• Develop distinctive content for each venture, including recurring series, product demonstrations, creator stories + behind-the-scenes content.

• Plan + film creators, founders, products and customers. Know when to use a proper camera and when a phone will produce the better result.

• Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts + Snapchat, with strong hooks, pacing, sound and subtitles.

• Turn every shoot into a useful content bank, with different openings, cutdowns, stills + versions for paid advertising.

• Write captions + publish directly to brand accounts, making sure approvals, links, product details and tagging are correct. Coordinate Arabic versions with the team when needed.

• Own the content calendar + asset library. Work with our founders and Talent Manager to have briefs ready before filming and content ready before launch.

• Review what people watch, share, click + buy. Use the results and community feedback to decide what we make next.

GOT WHAT IT TAKES?

You’re borderline obsessive about why one video gets watched and another gets skipped.

• You have a strong portfolio of content you personally filmed + edited. We need to see your work, not just accounts you were involved with.

• You can shoot clean footage, capture good sound + edit confidently in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or an equivalent tool.

• You understand Gulf and wider MENA internet culture. Fluent English is required. Arabic is a strong advantage, but not essential.

• You have managed a publishing schedule and can show how your content improved an account, a launch or a commercial result.

• You work quickly, keep your files organized + finish what you start. Experience with consumer brands or e-commerce is a strong advantage.
