We are looking for a Senior Sales Representative (MT) to join our dynamic team at Arla Foods UAE. In this role, you will drive sales performance and operational excellence across assigned routes, ensuring flawless execution of company standards, strong customer relationships, and profitable growth. This position requires a proactive, analytical, and strategic professional who can work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Key Responsibilities Of The Role
Lead monthly route planning to achieve sales targets, manage promotions, minimize waste, and ensure timely payment collection.
Analyze internal and EPOS sales data to identify opportunities, risks, and trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
Implement waste control measures and prepare monthly waste reduction plans with ASM.
Ensure distribution KPIs are met and maintain on-shelf availability of MSL and NPD SKUs.
Drive the ‘Perfect Store’ mindset through planogram compliance, optimal share of shelf, and creation of Model Stores.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, lead business reviews, and negotiate promotional and visibility investments.
Coordinate with Merchandising, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to resolve operational challenges.
Manage complex routes, anticipate operational issues, and take proactive steps to maintain service levels and profitability.
Represent the company professionally and act as a brand ambassador in all customer interactions.
Collaborate with merchandisers for perfect execution and rapid response to market opportunities.
Provide timely reporting, KPI tracking, and share insights with ASM on a daily and monthly basis.
Your profile
Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent planning, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proven experience in sales with a strong track record in execution and customer management
Language Arabic speaking is mandatory
Competencies & Qualifications
Minimum 2–3 years FMCG experience in a reputed company.
Minimum 5 years of sales exposure, including merchandising experience.
English proficiency (B1/B2 level), written and verbal.
Ability to manage inventory effectively.
Computer literacy and UAE driving license.
