Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed sales targets consistently through strategic planning and execution.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competition.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable business deals.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to network and gain insights.
  • Assist in the training and mentoring of junior sales team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a senior capacity.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills essential.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics considered an asset.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events.
