Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Representative to join our team, a key player in our organization's growth strategy. As a Senior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that maximize revenue, enhance customer relationships, and ensure a strong market presence. You will be working closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, close deals, and build long-term partnerships. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase sales revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure achievement of sales targets.
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts and sales reports to management.
  • Evaluate current sales processes and propose improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales representatives to enhance their sales skills.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with prospective clients to establish profitable deals.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.
  • Handle customer complaints and queries efficiently to ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and exploit opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
