Job Description

Job Summary

Manages a sales portfolio and team targets for assigned sectors or accounts. Converts the VP Sales

strategy into active opportunities, supervises senior/executive sales activity and coordinates clean

handovers for confirmed campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage assigned team/portfolio targets, weekly pipeline reviews and account plans.

 Lead complex proposals for bus advertising, bus stops, signage and integrated OOH campaigns.

 Support executives in negotiation, client mapping and renewal planning.

 Validate proposal feasibility with Client Servicing and Production before client commitment.

 Track competitor activity, rate pressure, lost opportunities and client feedback.

 Escalate high-risk pricing, credit, production or client issues to the VP Sales.
