We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager for our Leisure division to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales professionals. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the leisure industry, have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, and demonstrate strong leadership skills. This role demands excellent communication abilities, a customer-centric mindset, and the capability to work collaboratively with other business departments to enhance sales performance. The Senior Sales Manager will also be expected to forecast sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational goals.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales professionals in the leisure sector.

  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and provide them exceptional service.

  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and business regulations.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to represent and promote the organization.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly meetings with sales team to review performance and strategies.
  • Foster a high-performance culture that is focused on achieving sales excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience in the leisure industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to travel frequently as required for client meetings and industry events.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
