Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager for the Leisure sector to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the leisure industry, with a proven track record in sales management, strategic planning, and forging strong customer relationships. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and developing new business opportunities to increase the company's market share. You will lead a talented sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve set targets while ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires excellent leadership skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to create pioneering sales strategies that align with the company's objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to maximize their performance.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the leisure industry sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience in the leisure sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for dealing with high-level clients.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software applications.
