The Senior Sales Manager is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for leading our sales team towards achieving ambitious targets and driving revenue growth. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing successful teams.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to drive engagement and sales.
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and develop data-driven strategies accordingly.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events.
