Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • At least 7 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a focus on results.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies and their alignment.
