Job Description

The Senior Sales Executive for Graphic Display Systems plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding market share for our cutting-edge display solutions. This position requires a seasoned salesperson with a proven track record in the industry, preferably with experience in graphic display systems or a related field. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans that align with the company's business objectives. This individual will manage a portfolio of key accounts, building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met. Additionally, the Senior Sales Executive will be tasked with identifying new business opportunities, conducting market analysis, and negotiating contracts to close deals. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
  • Manage and expand relationships with existing clients to maximize business.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory.
  • Conduct detailed market analysis to inform sales strategies and decisions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to ensure favourable terms for the company.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to tailor offerings to clients’ needs.
  • Provide superior customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products to key stakeholders.
  • Track sales performance and report on quarterly objectives and projections.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive pipeline of potential leads.
  • Travel as necessary to meet clients and attend industry events or conferences.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a related industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend trade shows.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
