Senior Sales Executive - Sales Closure Specialist
- Base Salary: 3,500 – 3,900 AED
- Commission: As per company policy
- Target Annual Revenue: 40,000+ AED
- Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic lead generation and prospect identification
- Conduct 15-25 strategic outbound calls daily
- Face-to-face client meetings and full sales lifecycle management
- High-value deal negotiation and closure
- Plan daily schedules and ensure adherence to targets
- Performance Bonus: Monthly up to 3,500 AED plus quarterly incentives
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of proven sales experience
- Expert-level sales closure and B2B/B2C expertise
- CRM proficiency ( HubSpot )
