The Senior Sales Executive is a critical role within our company, responsible for driving the growth and success of our business by fostering strong relationships with clients and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets to achieve sales goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term growth.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients to secure profitable sales deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives.
  • Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer insights and market trends.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to address their needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Mentor and support junior sales team members to foster professional growth and development.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to identify new opportunities and challenges in the market.
  • Develop and implement strategies to exceed short and long-term sales targets.
  • Prepare accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools is an advantage.
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of market dynamics and trends.
