Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team and drive our business forward. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve our business goals. You will work closely with other departments to ensure our customers receive the best possible service and support. Your primary mission will be to increase revenue by identifying new sales opportunities, negotiating deals, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. Responsibilities

  • Identify training needs and mentor junior sales team members for skill development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in sales within a similar industry.
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and partners.
