Job Description

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the business forward by devising and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets. You will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with key clients, while identifying new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence. Your expertise in the sales domain will be vital in leading negotiations, closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Manage key accounts and build long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Identify new market opportunities and lead efforts in business expansion initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals effectively to maximize company revenue.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to align sales and promotional efforts seamlessly.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management for strategic planning.
  • Mentor junior sales staff and provide guidance to enhance their performance and development.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage customer data and track sales activities efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of product offerings to effectively communicate benefits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience of at least 5 years in a senior sales position or similar role.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a successful track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to meet clients and attend industry events.
