Key Responsibilities:


* Generate and convert leads from networking, cold calling, and referrals

* Conduct property viewings and project presentations

* Advise clients on residential and investment opportunities

* Negotiate prices and close deals efficiently

* Train, mentor, and guide junior sales team members

* Build and maintain relationships with investors and high-net-worth clients

* Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

* Stay updated on property market trends and new project launches

* Coordinate with developers, banks, and legal teams for smooth transactions

* Maintain accurate CRM records


Requirements:

* Proven record of successful property closings
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Target-driven, self-motivated, and professional
* Experience in training or mentoring a sales team is highly desirable
