We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Associate to join our team. This role is specifically for an Arabic-speaking professional who is adept at building relationships and closing sales with exceptional customer service and communication skills. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a fast-paced environment, and will be focused on generating leads, converting prospects, and driving revenue. Your ability to understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities will be crucial in this role. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing Arabic-speaking clients.
  • Conduct in-depth product presentations and provide comprehensive product information.
  • Identify customer needs through active listening and tailored questioning techniques.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets set by management.
  • Generate and follow up on leads generated through various sales and marketing channels.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and reports in a timely manner.
  • Keep informed of competitive products, promotions, and services in the market.
  • Maintain an updated database of clients and sales activities in CRM software.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to improve sales strategies.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts effectively and professionally.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Associate or similar role in the sales industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to company products and services.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales technology tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
