Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients to meet sales goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and client needs.
  • Engage potential clients through effective presentations and sales pitches.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and Arabic-speaking clients.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for Arabic markets.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, maintaining strong client satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions.
  • Assist junior sales associates in developing their sales skills and strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends to stay ahead of competitors in Arabic-speaking regions.
  • Travel to client sites for face-to-face meetings and presentations as required.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of company products and services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Sales Associate or similar sales role.
  • Fluency in Arabic, both written and verbal, is mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM software.
  • Ability to travel frequently to meet with clients and prospects.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
