We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Associate who is fluent in Arabic to join our high-performing sales team. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth objectives.
  • Maintain and expand the customer base by establishing strong client relationships.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to maximize sales potential and achieve objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements effectively to meet revenue targets.
  • Prepare and present reports on sales metrics to management regularly.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Attend networking events to represent the company and expand business contacts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices at all times.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Able to work independently and within a team to achieve sales goals.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools or platforms.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory when necessary.
