Job Description

The Senior Sales Associate (Arabic Speaker) is a vital member of our sales team, responsible for driving sales and fostering customer relationships, particularly within the Arabic-speaking market. The ideal candidate will utilize their bilingual capabilities to enhance customer interactions, ensuring all inquiries and transactions are handled with precision and excellent service. As a Senior Sales Associate, you will have a crucial role in developing strategic sales initiatives and expanding the customer base. Your skills will be key in managing client accounts, understanding customer needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet business objectives. Working collaboratively with other departments, you will play an instrumental part in shaping the customer experience and bolstering our market presence.


Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers using excellent verbal and written Arabic communication skills.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales goals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to retain clients and ensure satisfaction.
  • Train and mentor junior sales associates to enhance team performance.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients and investors.
  • Ensure all sales targets and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a related industry, is essential.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and strategy development.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools effectively.
