Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Associate with proficiency in Arabic to join our dynamic team. As a pivotal figure in driving sales, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, all while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Our ideal candidate is a goal-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills, capable of working both independently and as part of a team. This role will provide the opportunity to lead sales initiatives, contribute to strategic planning, and work closely with other departments to drive success. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client needs and objectives.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective and existing clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals with customers to meet sales targets and margins.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and tradeshows to network and promote the brand.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales staff to enhance their professional development and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience in a sales-related position with proven success.
  • Fluent in Arabic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales dynamics, strategies, and customer relationship management.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools and technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
