We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Associate who is fluent in Arabic to join our dynamic sales team. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
  • Identify potential client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific sales requirements.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed personal and team sales targets and objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and complaints promptly.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products and services to support sales efforts.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to stay informed of new developments.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts to assist in strategic planning.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Mentor and support junior sales associates to enhance the overall team performance.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a similar industry or sector.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic sales team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is highly desirable.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
