We are seeking a dynamic and proficient Senior Sales Associate (Arabic Speaker) to join our thriving team. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs, and supplying them with possible solutions. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory or market.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate regularly with existing clients to identify their current and future needs.
  • Prepare and present sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Research and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and competitive threats.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales campaigns with current promotions.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage the sales pipeline and client interactions.
  • Conduct negotiations with clients to close deals and maximize revenue.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to management regarding market conditions and customer preferences.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
  • Mentor junior sales associates and assist them in achieving their sales goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a sales associate or in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Arabic and English languages.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to close sales effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time to achieve sales targets.
  • Proficient in CRM software to manage client relationships and sales activities.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a client-oriented approach.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
