The Senior Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HNWI / UHNWI to ensure satisfaction.
  • Ensure Revenue Targets are consistently being met.
  • Understand clients’ strategic goals and align services to meet these objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and advisor for assigned clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to align with organizational goals.
  • Monitor client account metrics to ensure sustained performance and growth.
  • Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with clients to address needs.
  • Resolve client issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions and progress.
  • Develop strategies to expand client base and contribute to business growth.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to improve product and service offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of five years experience in relationship management or relevant role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and handle complex negotiations.
  • Experience with CRM software to manage client interactions and data.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client portfolios.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to understand and analyze financial reports and data trends.
