Process & Compliance
Ensure all applications comply with credit policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls
Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for timely approvals
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely submission
Market Awareness
Stay updated on:
Market trends and property landscape
Competitor mortgage offerings
Regulatory changes
Provide feedback to improve product offerings and processes
What We Are Looking For
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
Experience
Operates within the bank’s sales strategy, compliance guidelines, and customer service standards.
Adheres to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management protocols.
Follows approved product programs, pricing structures, and promotional campaigns.
