What You Will Be Doing

  • Sales & Business Development
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly mortgage sales targets
  • Source new business through:
    • Direct customer engagement
    • Referrals and personal networks
    • Real estate brokers and developers
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities (e.g., CASA, insurance, credit cards)
  • Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Provide tailored mortgage solutions based on customer needs
  • Act as a trusted advisor throughout the home financing journey
  • Customer Experience
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and end-to-end handling of mortgage applications
  • Deliver high service standards and timely communication to customers
  • Address customer queries and concerns proactively
  • Process & Compliance
  • Ensure all applications comply with credit policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls
  • Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for timely approvals
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely submission
  • Market Awareness
  • Stay updated on:
    • Market trends and property landscape
    • Competitor mortgage offerings
    • Regulatory changes
  • Provide feedback to improve product offerings and processes
What We Are Looking For

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

Experience

  • Operates within the bank’s sales strategy, compliance guidelines, and customer service standards.
  • Adheres to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management protocols.

Follows approved product programs, pricing structures, and promotional campaigns.

  • Behavioral Competencies: Fostering teamwork, building collaborative relationships, adaptability and resilience, team collaboration, result orientation, problem solving
  • Functional Competencies:Attention to detail, effective communication, technical proficiency,

Initiative in the area of work for achieving sales.
