About the Role

As Senior Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with high-value clients, driving FX trading volumes, and delivering tailored trading solutions. The role focuses on client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth while ensuring exceptional client experience and full compliance with regulatory requirements.


The Ideal Candidate will have a strong understanding of FX markets, excellent relationship-management skills, and a proven ability to grow and manage a client portfolio within a fast-paced financial services environment.


Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining long-term business relationships with potential as well as
  • real clients and developing an effective net of sales
  • Active and systematic expansion of sales contacts database
  • Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
  • Appropriate customers assignment to each category of investors
  • Updating the CRM daily on the sales activities and contacts with prospective clients
  • Responding to customer inquiries and leading them by email, phone or personal
  • meetings
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
  • Preparation of the new sales and marketing offers for the customers
  • Monitoring market trends of currencies, commodities and indices
  • Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a bidding process that is
  • dictated by the prospective customer
  • Participating in the preparation of market fundamental and technical analysis
  • Preparation of educational materials, conducting lectures on fundamental and
  • technical analysis and options market
  • Publication of articles from the finance and investment area
  • Conducting trainings, workshops and meetings with investors
  • Providing support for the Senior Account Manager in conducting trainings for the key
  • clients (VIP)
  • Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
  • Identifying sales department needs and driving process and collateral improvements
  • Running periodical reports about the leads status and own conversion rates, best
  • sales practices, most effective selling channels, and internal policy improvements
  • Communicate the results of the reporting and recommendations to the Senior
  • Account Manager
  • Attending team meetings and sharing best practices with colleagues
  • Perform other tasks determined by Sales Director


Requirements

Essential

  • Strong command of spoken and written English & Arabic
  • Strong customer orientation with a proven track record in sales
  • Advanced analytical, planning, and decision‑making abilities
  • Ability to solve complex problems and think strategically
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills


Preferred

  • In‑depth knowledge of derivatives (futures, CFDs, options)
  • Strong understanding of international financial markets, including OTC products
  • Proactive, confident, and results‑oriented leadership style
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
  • Structured, process‑driven, and team‑oriented mindset


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
  • 3+ years of proven experience in sales management within a brokerage, trading, or financial services environment
