Job Description
Client Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with SME clients, understanding their trade cycles and working capital requirements.
Analyze clients’ cash flow cycles and recommend working capital optimization strategies
Manage and expand a portfolio of SME clients to achieve annual business targets.
Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' business models and financial requirements to provide tailored banking solutions.
Portfolio Growth & Cross-Selling
Identify opportunities to cross-sell SME banking solutions including POS Lending, Asset-Backed Lending, Supply Chain Finance, and Cash Management.
Drive revenue generation while upholding strong credit quality standards.
Credit & Risk Management
Prepare comprehensive credit proposals with detailed financial and risk analyses.
Monitor portfolio performance, identify early warning signs, and implement appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
Ensure timely renewal and restructuring of credit facilities in line with internal and regulatory policies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Service Excellence
Partner with internal teams (Credit, Operations, Compliance) to deliver seamless service execution.
Address and resolve client queries promptly to maintain high satisfaction and retention levels.
