Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in relationship management or client-facing roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Proven track record of achieving client satisfaction and business growth objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other relevant business applications.
