Job Description

The Senior Relationship Manager is a strategic position essential to maintaining and enhancing client relationships in various industries. In this role, you are expected to deliver superior client service and manage a portfolio of high-value clients. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, providing tailored advice, and partnering with them to meet their financial goals. This role requires a proactive approach to identify opportunities to deepen relationships, anticipate market changes, and adapt strategies accordingly. The Senior Relationship Manager will enjoy cultivating relationships and be able to demonstrate a history of successfully improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.


Responsibilities

  • Engage and build long-term relationships with high-value clients to drive satisfaction.
  • Develop strategic account plans that deliver personalized solutions for clients.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of client portfolios to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client services.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to better serve clients.
  • Facilitate clear communication between clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations tailored to the client’s interests and expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies at all times.
  • Gather client feedback and implement strategies for service improvements.
  • Resolve client issues efficiently to strengthen the professional relationship.
  • Track key account metrics and evaluate client relationship success over time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years in a client-facing role in financial services industry.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple high-value client accounts successfully.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and market opportunities.
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools is essential.
