Job Description

The role of a Senior Relationship Manager is pivotal in maintaining and expanding a company's client relationships, ensuring that the clients' needs are met and exceeded in order to build long-term loyalty. This position involves strategizing and implementing client engagement and retention strategies that align with the organization's goals. The Senior Relationship Manager acts as the primary contact point for key clients, proactively resolving issues and enhancing the client experience. With a focus on building deep and trusting relationships, the role is critical in advancing the company's reputation and resources. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic client relationship management plans for key accounts.
  • Serve as the primary contact point for assigned major clients and stakeholders.
  • Proactively address client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Create customized solutions to meet specific client requirements and objectives.
  • Coordinate internal resources to enhance client satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Lead client contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both parties.
  • Monitor client satisfaction metrics and recommend improvements in service delivery.
  • Identify business growth opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Prepare and present regular performance and feedback reports to upper management.
  • Organize and host business reviews with clients to discuss ongoing needs and performance.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of client interactions and correspondence.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to better serve clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in relationship management or similar role.
  • Proven success in nurturing long-term business relationships and client accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex client needs.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to travel as required to meet with clients or stakeholders.
