The Senior Relationship Manager is a pivotal leader within our organization, responsible for nurturing and expanding our client base by ensuring strong, enduring relationships. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with an assigned portfolio of key clients.
  • Analyze clients' financial needs and provide tailored advice and solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling financial products and services.
  • Monitor clients’ financial maturation and adjust strategies as necessary to meet objectives.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports and strategic reviews for clients.
  • Serve as the point of contact for client inquiries and issue resolutions.
  • Stay informed about market trends and apply this knowledge to client interactions.
  • Develop strategies for client retention and proactive relationship management.
  • Mentor and support junior relationship managers in developing their client management skills.
  • Attend networking events to increase brand awareness and grow client base.
  • Collaborate with senior management to refine and implement relationship management strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in financial services or a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of finance products, market dynamics, and client service protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and sustain relationships.
  • Proven ability to deliver positive outcomes in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide strategic solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other financial management tools.
