Job Description

The Senior Relations Manager is a pivotal role within the organization, responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for managing client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business relationships and deliver value.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-level client inquiries and issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and meet service commitments.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their needs and satisfaction levels.
  • Negotiate and manage client contracts to ensure mutual benefits and compliance.
  • Monitor industry trends to anticipate client needs and refine service offerings.
  • Develop comprehensive reports on client engagement and relationship outcomes.
  • Represent the company at industry events and functions to enhance brand visibility.
  • Mentor and guide junior staff in developing client relationship management skills.
  • Resolve conflicts and manage crises, ensuring a positive outcome for all parties.
  • Continuously assess and propose improvements to relationship management processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in client relationship management or similar roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing high-value client relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex negotiations.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Adept at using CRM software and other relationship management tools.
