As we expand into the Middle East, we are seeking an ambitious, high-performing Senior Recruitment Consultant to establish and grow our UAE & Middle East operations.

About the Role As our Middle East representative, you will be responsible for launching and developing Mills Recruitment’s presence in the UAE and broader GCC region. This is a senior, commercially focused role suited to someone who thrives on autonomy, relationship-building, and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.

You Will

• Establish Mills Recruitment’s footprint in the UAE, representing the brand across the Middle East.
• Grow and manage a portfolio of clients across key sectors (e.g., construction, engineering, mining services, facilities management, logistics, trades, and corporate).
• Lead full-cycle recruitment across permanent roles (Initially)
• Build long-term, trusted relationships with clients and candidates.
• Identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth in a high-potential market.
• Collaborate closely with the Mills Recruitment leadership team across Australia, New Zealand, and APAC.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5+ years’ recruitment experience (agency or executive search).
• Proven track record of winning business and managing end-to-end recruitment projects.
• Strong understanding of the UAE or GCC market — or a strong desire to relocate and build a long-term presence there.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the hunger to grow a new region from scratch.
• Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently while being part of a high-performing international team.
• Experience in heavy industries, trades, construction, mining services, or technical recruitment is highly regarded but not essential.

Location Based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi (preference for Dubai).
