Job Description
As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for professional, technical, and project-based roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent. The role involves proactive sourcing, candidate assessment, market advisory, and recruitment process management, ensuring timely and effective hiring aligned with business and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for engineering, construction, and project-based roles (e.g. engineering, project management, commercial, site, and corporate support positions).
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans, role requirements, and project timelines.
Source candidates using multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, direct search, referrals, and local networks.
Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure technical, cultural, and role fit.
Advise hiring managers on Middle East labour market conditions, candidate availability, and compensation benchmarks.
Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding, and pre-employment checks in line with regional compliance requirements.
Support mobilization hiring for projects across the Middle East, including expatriate and local national recruitment where applicable.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
Ensure recruitment processes comply with local labour laws, visa requirements, and company policies.
Produce recruitment reports and metrics to track hiring progress, time-to-hire, and sourcing effectiveness.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 6–8 years’ recruitment experience, with a strong focus on engineering and construction roles.
Proven recruitment experience within the Middle East (GCC experience preferred).
Solid understanding of construction and engineering job families, project environments, and site-based hiring.
Experience recruiting both white-collar and technical/site roles.
Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills.
Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment capabilities.
Familiarity with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment reporting.
Strong communication skills.
