We work with global compute providers, data centre operators, and next-generation cloud platforms enabling large-scale AI and GPU workloads.

Now, we’re hiring a Senior Recruiter to help us deliver talent into this ecosystem — recruiting across technical, commercial, and operational roles for the businesses shaping how AI infrastructure is built and sold.

This role sits at the heart of WNTD 2.0 — our next growth phase — expanding our embedded and project-based delivery model across AI, data centre, and cloud markets.

• Partnering with senior stakeholders across high-growth AI and infrastructure clients to deliver strategic hires
• Leading end-to-end recruitment projects across engineering, sales, and delivery
• Mapping and engaging talent in the “neo-cloud” and GPUaaS space
• Building deep market insight to identify new opportunities and client demand
• Working closely with WNTD leadership to refine go-to-market strategy and scale delivery capability

• Proven experience recruiting in technology, infrastructure, or cloud markets
• Strong 360 or delivery background with confidence in sourcing, engaging, and closing passive talent
• Commercially minded with a curiosity for AI and emerging compute technology
• Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
