Job Description

Enclave Dubai is a Dubai-based real estate brokerage specializing in residential and commercial property across off-plan and secondary markets. Founded in 2025 and built on over seven years of Dubai market experience, we combine strong developer relationships, market intelligence and a client-focused approach to deliver results.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai real estate brokerage
Proven track record of closing property transactions
Experience in off-plan or secondary-market sales
Strong lead conversion, negotiation and deal-closing skills
Ability to manage a sales pipeline and consistently pursue targets
Excellent communication and client relationship management
European background preferred
Currently based in Dubai

55%–65% commission structure
Fresh daily leads and full marketing support
Telesales and content support
Company phone and SIM card
UAE visa and health insurance
Ongoing training and industry-leading tools
Career growth opportunities and access to the Millionaire Club
