This is a great opportunity for an experienced Cost Management professional to join as highly valued member of Gleeds Arabia, responsible for contributing to the successful delivery of a high profile iconic mega project in the UAE.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Effective key stakeholder management
• Contract administration and commercial compliance
• Cost control and financial reporting
• Delivering high quality commercial management services ensuring that services meet and exceed our clients requirements.
• Managing and maintaining quality client relationships

Who we’re looking for:

Experience, Knowledge and Key Skills

• 10+ years cost management experience post MRICS qualification
• 2+ years experience living and working in the GCC
• Extensive experience in cost consultancy
• Detailed knowledge and practical experience of post contract cost management
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to quickly adapt to changing environments
• Specialist experience of delivering mega building structures
• Demonstrable experience of timely interfacing with clients and key stakeholders

Qualifications

• MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), or equivalent
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Native level English language, written and oral
• Arabic language desirable
