Stafford Lawrence Ltd Construction & Engineering Recruitment Consultants are exclusively partnering with Cost Consultancy organisation in Dubai to recruit a highly experienced and Chartered Senior Quantity Surveyor (PQS). This is a vital, permanent role focused specifically on major Infrastructure Projects in the UAE.

If you are an MRICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor with significant PQS experience on large-scale infrastructure developments, this is your chance to elevate your career in the Middle East. This role is particularly suited to candidates in the UK who are seeking their first role in the Middle East.

Position Details

Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor / Senior Cost Consultant

Sector: Essential: Infrastructure Projects

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary & Package: 25,000 AED – 35,000 AED Total Package (Tax-Free)

Key Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Chartered Status MRICS : (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) via the Quantity Surveying route. (essential requirement) In addition to all of the following:

Type of Employer: Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Cost Consultant / PQS with a recognised Cost Consultancy organisation.(essential requirement. At least 60% of your experience must be with consultancy organisations and we would also like to see some Tier 1 consultancy experience)

Sector Experience: Proven, specific, and recent experience on Infrastructure Projects is essential.

Years of Experience: Minimum of 10+ years post-degree experience as a QS/Cost Consultant, with a Cost Consultancy. ( NON NEGOTIABLE) We CANNOT consider candidates from a Main Contracting background

Qualifications: A 3-year, full-time Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management from a recognised western University.( essential requirement) We cannot consider candidates with any other degree qualification for this position

Project Experience: Strong command of both Pre-Contract and Post-Contract activities on infrastructure schemes.
