As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be a vital part of our project management team, overseeing the cost and financial aspects of construction projects. Your role will involve collaborating with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed within budget and in compliance with all relevant quality standards. You will be responsible for estimating costs, managing financial budgets, preparing detailed reports, and liaising with stakeholders to optimize project outcomes. Responsibilities

• Mentor and support junior quantity surveyors in developing their industry knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in a quantity surveying role.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard quantity surveying software and tools.
• Solid understanding of construction contracts, cost estimation, and financial management.
