Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related discipline required.
• Minimum of five years' experience in a quality assurance or similar role.
• Proven track record of leading successful quality audits and process improvements.
• Strong understanding of industry regulations and quality management systems.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Certification in Quality Assurance such as Six Sigma or ISO is highly desirable.
