Alucor is looking for a Senior Quality Control Manager to take the helm of our QC function, providing strategic direction, mentoring project quality teams, and ensuring every weld, every inspection, and every deliverable meets the highest international standards.

This is a senior leadership role where you'll own the quality control strategy across multiple concurrent projects, working with clients like Saudi Aramco, ADNOC, Shell, and Qatar Gas. What You'll Do:

• Lead and mentor project QC Managers and the wider Quality & Welding team across the project portfolio
• Establish and maintain the Project Quality Management System to ISO 9001, including PQPs, ITPs, and QC procedures
• Oversee welding qualification (ASME IX / ISO 15614), NDE interpretation (RT, UT, PAUT/TOFD, MT, PT), and acceptance criteria compliance
• Manage NCR processes end-to-end, drive root cause analysis, and track CAPA to closure
• Coordinate with third-party inspection agencies (Lloyd's, Bureau Veritas, SGS, DNV) and client inspectors
• Compile final documentation dossiers, MRBs, and drive mechanical completion through to commissioning handover

What We're Looking For:

• Engineering qualification;
• CSWIP 3.2 preferred
• 15+ years in Project & Field Quality Control Management (Oil & Gas, offshore/onshore, power, water)
• 8+ years leading QC teams of 10+ across multiple concurrent projects
• Deep fluency in ASME B31.3, ASME VIII, API 650/620, API 610/6D, and equivalent client specifications
• GCC EPC experience on large-scale projects (Saudi Aramco, ADNOC, Shell, BP, Qatar Gas, SABIC, or Royal Commission)
• Strong leadership, planning, and budget control skills
• Clear communication and ability to demonstrate leadership
