What you will do

• Translate technical, operational, and organizational documents across various departments (Quality, Production, Engineering, HR, and Communication) with a high degree of accuracy and consistency.
• Ensure linguistic quality and clarity , aligning all translated content with site-specific terminology and stringent regulatory expectations.
• Maintain documentation alignment with approved templates, controlled language requirements, and overall Quality Management System (QMS) standards.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for translation workflows and tools, providing guidance to teams on document structure and wording.
• Guarantee the timely delivery of translations , proactively managing workload and shifting priorities to meet critical site due dates.
• Review, edit, and proofread translated content to ensure absolute correctness, compliance, and readiness for implementation.
• Collaborate closely with Operations and Team Leadership to define priorities and ensure high levels of internal customer satisfaction.
  
  

What we are looking for

• Degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field ; or equivalent professional experience in technical translation.
• Proven experience translating technical documentation , ideally within a pharmaceutical, chemical, or highly regulated GxP environment.
• Excellent command of German and English (written and spoken) is essential, with the ability to capture complex technical nuances in both languages.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining consistency across large volumes of documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with translation software and tools , as well as standard office applications.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on collaborative problem-solving and effective communication with various stakeholders.
