Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Purchase Officer to oversee our companys procurement processes and ensure efficient purchasing of goods and services. The role involves planning, coordinating, and monitoring all purchasing activities to maintain adequate stock levels while optimizing costs.

Job Responsibility

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Identify reliable suppliers and maintain strong relationships to ensure timely delivery of quality products.
• Evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, and service to make informed purchasing decisions.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to secure advantageous agreements.
• Monitor inventory levels and track purchase orders to avoid shortages or excess stock.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their purchasing needs and requirements.

• Proven experience in a purchasing role, preferably in a senior or supervisory position.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
